International Country Code
The country code is a code that is used to identify the country to which you are sending a fax. This code comes in the recipient’s fax address after the exit code. This code is similar (though not the same) to the country code you dial before making an international call.
Receiver’s Fax Address
This is the fax number of the receiver. The receiver needs to share this number with you. Once you have it, the complete fax address to send international faxes becomes:

Now let us take an example. Suppose that you have an office in the US and you need to send a fax to a Chinese goods manufacturer with the fax number ‘123456’, the fax address will be:
011 86 123456

The ‘Note’ and the ‘Cover Page’ field are optional. The note will appear on top of the fax document. The cover page is the first page of the fax document on the receiver’s end. You can also choose to leave these fields blank.

The subject field can contain any note that you wish to appear on top of the fax document. This field can be left empty as well. The email body is the cover page to the fax document. If you do not wish to add a cover page, you can leave it empty too.
Lastly, the fax document needs to be attached to this email. Make sure that there are no special characters in the document’s name.
Step 3: Once everything is done, double check all the information (especially the address). Click on the send button.
